ordered not what you wanted?
Within 30 days of delivery of your order, you can return any of the
following purchased from MetPet.com:
Any item that is in new
condition in its original packaging. You are invited to keep any free
gift or promotional items included in your order with our thanks for your
business. Please ship all items in hard-sided boxes, hard-sided
WalkingJackets should be shipped flat.
We are unable to accept
any items that are returned after 30 days from delivery or any merchandise
that is opened or not in new condition.

We will refund to you the cost of the product that you have returned or, if
the return is due to our shipping error, the cost of the return shipping as
well. For orders that are refused or undeliverable to the address
