How to Return Items
Are the items you
ordered not what you wanted?
Within 30 days of delivery of your order, you can return any of the
following purchased from MetPet.com:
Any item that is in new
condition in its original packaging. You are invited to keep any free
gift or promotional items included in your order with our thanks for your
business.
We are unable to accept
any items that are returned after 30 days from delivery or any merchandise
that is opened or not in new condition.

Please ship all items in hard sided boxes.
Soft items such as WalkingJackets (except for the hard sided version), collar or leashes can be sent back in
padded envelopes as well. Frequently the box that it came in can be recycled for this purpose provided
that you are using US Priority Mail. Free carrier pickup is usually
available at most homes and offices from
www.USPS.com. The USPS also provides free priority mail boxes for
your convenience.
Please ship all hard sided WalkingJackets
flat in a hard sided box.
We will refund to you the cost of the product that you have returned or, if
the return is due to our error, the cost of standard return shipping as
well. Standard return shipping includes priority mail or insured
standard mail.
For returns outside of 30 days but within
90 days of delivery, 75% of the item's purchase price will be credited.
Please do not return items that will be received by us outside of 90 days
as no credit will be provided and the merchandise will not be returned.
Please do not return items that are not new and in their original packaging.
For orders that are
refused without prior authorization from MetPet or are undeliverable to the
address provided, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the
refund. For orders that are undeliverable or not claimed at the
address provided, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the
refund.
