How to Return Items
Was the item you ordered not what you had in
mind?
Within 30 days of delivery of your order, you can return any of the
following purchased from MetPet.com:
Any item that is in new
condition in its original packaging. You are invited to keep any free
gift or promotional items included in your order with our thanks for your
business.
We are unable to accept
any items that are returned after 30 days from delivery or any merchandise
that is opened or not in new condition.

States Postal Service Priority Mail or insured mail to:

Refunds may not show on your account until the
following billing cycle. If you would like to know the status of your refund
or have any other questions about returning product, please contact us via
our
contact form.
Please ship all items in hard sided boxes.
Soft items such as WalkingJackets (except for the hard sided version), collar or leashes can be sent back in
padded envelopes as well. Frequently the box that it came in can be recycled for this purpose provided
that you are using US Priority Mail. Free carrier pickup is usually
available at most homes and offices from
www.USPS.com. The USPS also provides free priority mail boxes for
your convenience.
Please ship hard-sided WalkingJackets
flat.
We will refund to you the cost of the product that you have returned but not
the cost of any inbound S&H. For your protection, we recommend that
you purchase insurance for your return. Please note that MetPet.com
will not refund the cost of any inbound shipments for any reason.
For orders that are
refused, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the
refund. For orders that are undeliverable or not claimed at the
address provided, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the
refund.
Credit will only be
provided to the credit card used to make the purchase.
