| Most orders are received
in approximately 1-1.5 weeks depending on the mail service. From time to
time we will not have a product in stock. We will notify you via
email if this occurs and provide options to replace, cancel or hold the
order. We will not charge your card until you notify us as to your
backorder preference. From time to time our
delivery may be delayed. If you require your order by a specific
date, please include that information in the customer comments section
of your order. We will do everything we can to expedite your order
or can make arrangements for expedited delivery via
UPS at an additional cost.
Rarely, shipments can be delayed for up
to 3 weeks. In addition, the postal service may return the
shipment to us due to delivery problems or lose a shipment
entirely. Please notify us via email or by phone if you have not
received your order within this time period. If we cannot track
the order to its destination, we will treat the order as lost and reship
the order to you.
If an order is refused or cannot be
delivered to the address provided in the order, we will refund the
purchase price less the actual cost of shipment. We will credit
the original card. Please provide sufficient time for the shipment
to return to us, be processed and your card refunded. If you have
