Pet Fire Safety Sign
You have the smoke detectors, the
insurance, the clay roofs, the
escape plans, the fireproof safes and the extinguishers ready to go
in case of fire.
Now it's time to add just one more
thing for the sake of your pets. Just in case you're not home
or not able to count pet noses in all the commotion, we suggest
printing up several signs that indicate how many and what kind of
pets are in your house.

Place these signs where they would be visible if someone were
approaching your house. That would include windows near
any entryway.
Some pet and hardware stores carry
preprinted signs in which you simply fill in the number of pets.
They are usually printed on a reflective background and made to be
placed in a window.
If you can't find one preprinted,
it's easy to make your own and add reflective tape, silver tape or
glow in the dark paint to make them more visible.
