Envelopes offer insufficient protection for many of our products
and can result in damaged items.
We will refund to you the cost of the product that you have returned but not the cost of any outbound S&H. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return. Please note that MetPet.com cannot refund the cost of inbound shipments.
For orders that are refused, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. For orders that are undeliverable or not claimed at the address provided, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
